Royal Bank of Canada (RBC)- Leadership & Architecture: Drive technical direction and serve as application custodian. Lead a team of developers by managing project timelines, overseeing strategic planning, and combining architectural vision with hands-on development of complex enterprise features.
- Enterprise Engineering: Architect, develop, and maintain robust enterprise applications (including audit applications also used by City National Bank (CNB), TSS tracking/automation systems, communication systems for change tracking, financial calculators for MQ, and executive dashboards for VPs), ensuring long-term code stability, scalability, and successful project migrations.
